"We would have starved to death if not our brothers"
The trip to the Kharkiv region gave us an opportunity to understand the role of the church in the war. The pastor of one of the three churches where our volunteers visited said that the number of visits to the House of Prayer has increased since the beginning of the war. All these people are now ready to follow the pastor, ask for prayers in times of sorrow, and seek comfort by coming to the House of Prayer. The church has become a real light for many people in difficult, dark times.
Three evangelistic meetings were held in three villages in the Kharkiv region. More than 600 unchurched people were reached. 400 food packages, 400 children's gifts and Bibles were distributed.
