The trip to the Kherson region began on November 24. First of all, the volunteers visited the military in Mykolaiv region and left them warm clothes, sleeping bags, medicines, stoves and much more.

They spent the night there and moved on in the morning. As they drove into Kherson, they heard strong explosions. The guys arrived in the town of Kamyshany, where they distributed food packages, gospels and clothes to the locals near the House of Prayer. There were so many people in need that the aid was running out right before their eyes.

The situation in Kherson itself is difficult, as there is no electricity and traffic lights are out of order, which makes traffic difficult. The shelling of the city continues, and there is still a lot of destroyed equipment on the streets. According to volunteers, there are no people who do not need help. All young people who could leave have done so. There are many elderly people and church ministers left.

The Ukrainian fighting spirit is felt in the city as never before, and the residents try to speak Ukrainian, telling what it was like to lose Ukraine and then to get back what they love.

The Road of Life volunteer team is happy to have had this opportunity to serve people. We believe that the flight to Kherson region will not be the last one, thank you for your concerns and prayers. We thank our Lord for protecting the volunteers in the most dangerous towns of Ukraine
